What you'll do

  • You will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • You will provide strategic advice and insights to hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • You will influence and guide business leaders through the hiring process to ensure timely and effective recruitment outcomes.
  • You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top executive talents in the region.
  • You will conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability.
  • You will leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.
  • You will plan, coordinate, and execute all stages of the recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final offer.

Who we're looking for

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, specifically in fast-moving environments.
  • You have a strong track record in sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • You have an experience in hiring senior leaders, C-suite, or executives.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in any field. MBA is a plus.
  • You have a strong business acumen.
  • You know you can build strong relationships with everyone, being candidates, hiring managers, and other teams.
  • You have great organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture.
