What you'll do:

  • Managing HR operations and compliance audits across Germany and EU regions, ensuring alignment with local labor laws.
  • Designing and executing audit checks for payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Overseeing end-to-end payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Creating compliance and payroll reports to support planning and analysis.
  • Resolving employee relations issues tied to legal and compliance matters.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth HR service delivery.
  • Applying expertise in EU labor law, payroll compliance, and mobility.
  • Maintaining clear and updated HR process documentation and SOPs.
  • Using data and feedback to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Identifying compliance risks early and taking preventive action.
  • Acting as the main contact for labor authorities and regulatory bodies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field. 
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in HR with a strong focus on compliance and audits within the EU.
  • Proven ability to design and lead compliance audits and implement HR processes in alignment with regional legal requirements. 
  • Capability to manage high-stakes HR projects autonomously with a structured and analytical approach. 
  • A passion for enhancing organizational culture and developing a people-centric work environment. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive HR innovations. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. 
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. 
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, with additional European languages being advantageous.
