What You’ll Do

  • You will serve as a project manager, independently driving continuous improvement, tech, and data projects for the region end-to-end and delegating cross-team support as needed.
  • You will be responsible for finding, proposing, and testing process optimizations in APAC Ops.
  • You will collaborate with the global technology team on tech implementations and rollouts that will impact operations for all sales channels.
  • You will work with APAC Country and Operations teams to prioritize tech implementations and rollouts based on their user stories and impact on business goals.
  • You will generate insights on APAC Ops KPIs to improve visibility and actionability through dashboard creation and improvement, ad-hoc analysis and testing, data pipeline maintenance, and alignments with both Country and Operations teams.
  • You will drive the streamlining of various data sources into a centralized source-of-truth.
  • You will create automations that reduce manual effort spent on day-to-day operational tasks.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or tech.
  • You are comfortable leveraging technology for operations workstreams.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage stakeholders across different cultures.
  • You have strong communication skills and can simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
  • You are practical and impact-oriented—driving initiatives that have concrete business impact and prioritize based on impact-effort.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn by doing.
  • You want to explore new opportunities within operations and technology.
  • Experience in Shopify, data/BI, and tech transformation is a plus.
