What You'll Do
- You are responsible for expanding Emma's e-commerce business in the Philippine market
- You will fully handle sales channels and continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth
- You will conduct research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition
- You will supervise and streamline both back-end and consumer-facing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliers
- You will identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- You will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- You will take ownership of various business topics with the goal of enhancing the organization's and market’s reputation and performance
- You have studied Business Administration/Economics or any related university program
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Business Development, Data Analytics/Science, Strategy backgrounds will be highly regarded
- You have strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate information and findings to stakeholders
- You have a very good command of Excel and other data analysis tools and can utilize these tools to present valuable data insights
- You like to take on responsibility and can work independently; while being a team player
