What you'll do:
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives, department heads, and senior stakeholders across all areas of the business to drive high-level, cross-functional people & organization-related projects. You will lead change initiatives, challenge assumptions, and ensure that our people strategy is seamlessly integrated into the wider business agenda.
- Work directly with Emma’s Chief People Officer and execute projects such as performance assessment, compensation, succession planning, workforce management & planning and engagement.
- Act as a trusted business partner, leveraging data and insights to continuously refine and optimize people strategies. As a senior leader, you’ll be expected to understand both the macro and micro-level impacts of your projects, ensuring that they align with and enhance business performance while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work culture.
- Play a pivotal role as a key executive in the People & Org team, your leadership will be crucial in nurturing talent, fostering leadership pipelines, and ensuring we have the right capabilities to meet future challenges. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership bench strength for Emma's continued success.
- You will demonstrate the ability to execute at the highest level while positioning themselves to assume the leadership of Emma's people strategy in the future.
Who we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in fast-paced environment (Consulting, Start-up etc.) or 6+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner who wants to go the next step (professional experience in People & Org/HR topics is appreciated but not needed).
- Track record in managing cross-functional, large-scale initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Passion for people and organizational topics and the ambition to build the world’s best organization (experience in change management and driving cultural transformation initiatives is appreciated).
- Talent for strategic thinking and analysing situations, with the ability to simplify complex information and come up with practical recommendations.
- Great communication and people skills, enabling you to build relationships and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholder to have an impact on the business
- A good intuition for people as well as an analytical mind to analyse data
- Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good organizational abilities and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks at once.
- You can work independently and take the lead, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with others.
