What you'll do

  • As a leader, expert & coach, you will further lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIs.
  • You act as a reliable partner for regional senior leadership, the People & Organization team in APAC, global peers, and the entire Emma team
  • You oversee the entire recruiting process in APAC, from alignment and clarification of needs to offers and contract negotiations, ensuring quality and efficiency in the hiring process
  • You lead and oversee implementation of recruiting projects, and support regional People & Organization initiatives
  • You cooperate closely with our employer branding team and develop measures to ensure the right positioning for Emma in the market
  • If needed, you are performing end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles

Who we're looking for

  • You are passionate about recruiting and always try to find the best match for companies and applicants
  • You have several years of experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition as well as people leadership experience. Recruiting for senior leadership roles is a plus.
  • You are characterized by a data-driven mindset, a high degree of solution orientation and you have a keen sense for people and situations
  • Your strong business orientation is combined with deep technical expertise in the area of recruiting & active sourcing
  • You are interested in the topics of entrepreneurship and enjoy working in start-up and scale-up environments
  • You have very good written and spoken English skills
  • A structured and analytical way of thinking, a can-do mindset and a get-things-done mentality round off your profile
