What You Will Do:
- As part of our Recruiting team in Lisbon, you will play a key role in building up our global teams as one of Emma’s strategic hiring partners.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to contract signature, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Find and attract top talent across the globe, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, creative outreach methods, and alternative hiring strategies.
- Develop out-of-the-box ideas to improve sourcing, recruiting strategies, and overall hiring effectiveness in an organization that values agility and smart decision-making.
- Implement hiring improvements to optimize efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Work closely with business leaders at all levels to provide data-driven hiring recommendations, ensuring we bring the best talent into Emma.
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines, keeping track of funnel conversion rates, recruitment KPIs, and optimizing talent acquisition processes.
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on talent strategy, candidate market insights, and interview best practices.
- Work with our ATS platform, Lever Hire.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Senior Recruiter with passion for hiring top talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a startup and/or scaleup environment.
- Deep expertise in all stages of recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Strong ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring we always find the best talent.
- Passion for candidate management, maintaining high-touch engagement and ensuring a great experience throughout the hiring process.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and the whole team.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively across different global teams.
- Experience Hiring for Finance roles is a good to have!
- A degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
