What You'll do:
- Partner with Emma’s VP of People & Organization to shape and implement strategic initiatives that elevate the company’s organizational effectiveness and business performance.
- Lead and execute high-impact projects related to key People & Organization areas, including performance management, compensation strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across all departments to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and directly impact nearly 1,000 employees worldwide.
- Serve as a strategic business partner, providing data-driven insights and solutions that align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes for both the organization and its workforce.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting, startups) or as an HR Business Partner seeking a strategic, business-focused role. Prior experience in People & Organization or HR is valued but not mandatory.
- Strategic Impact: Proven track record of leading cross-functional, large-scale initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Organizational Leadership: Passion for people and organizational excellence, with a strong ambition to build a high-performing company. Experience in change management and cultural transformation is a plus.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess complex situations, simplify information, and develop actionable, business-aligned recommendations.
- Influence & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders to drive organizational impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A balance of intuition for people and an analytical mindset to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
- Execution & Agility: A results-driven approach with a history of successfully navigating fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities.
