What you will do:
• Open and manage our new store in Almada Fórum, Setúbal, ensuring overall success and aligning the team with business objectives.
• Analyze KPIs and develop action plans with your team to improve store performance and meet targets.
• Drive sales by ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering a unique in-store experience for customers.
• Coordinate with external service providers to maintain store operations sustainably and efficiently.
• Foster a customer-focused, business-oriented atmosphere while embodying the Emma DNA.
• Monitor purchasing and customer trends, leveraging insights to guide future tests and decisions.
• Lead by example with high performance, full ownership, and inspiring your team to reach their potential.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards, providing leadership for flawless execution across the store.
What are we looking for:
• You have a Bachelor's/Master's in Retail Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• You bring more than 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store performance in a retail setting.
• Driven and straightforward personality suited to a fast-growing, dynamic company.
• Ability to combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathetic skills to identify solutions and improvements.
• Eagerness to take responsibility and execute tasks in a hands-on manner.
• Ability to structure your thoughts to support the growth of the store, balancing customer and business needs.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
