What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with last-mile carriers and logistics vendors
- Negotiate and manage SLAs (OTIF, lead times, claim rates, service levels)
- Track and analyze logistics KPIs such as OTIF, cost per order, backlog, and claims
- Lead regular performance reviews with carriers and push improvement actions
- Solve operational issues quickly when performance drops
- Identify and onboard new carriers or vendors when needed
- Work closely with Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Tech teams to improve delivery performance
Who we're looking for:
- Experience managing external logistics partners (last mile or 3PL)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with KPIs and operational data
- Experience defining SLAs and managing vendor performance
- Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, structured communicator
