About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize both our delivery (last-mile) and returns (reverse logistics) operations across our Southern Europe Cluster, covering Portugal, Spain and Italy.
You will report directly to the Senior Team Lead for Warehouse to Delivery for Southern Europe, while working closely with cross-functional teams including S&OP, Transportation, Network Management, Customer Excellence, and Tech & Engineering.
What You'll Do:

Own and optimize end-to-end logistics flows (delivery and returns), ensuring seamless execution from warehouse to customer and back, with high service reliability, operational efficiency, and consistent customer experience.

Manage and improve logistics partner performance across delivery and reverse flows, ensuring SLA compliance, strong relationships, cost efficiency, and continuous performance improvements through data-driven actions.

Lead operational planning and execution, including routing, capacity planning, and partner allocation, ensuring readiness for demand variability and peak periods across both delivery and return operations.

Identify and resolve operational issues across delivery and returns, including delays, failed pickups, damages, and complaints, driving root cause analysis, and implementing scalable corrective actions.

Define, monitor, and improve KPIs such as OTIF, ROTIF, Delivery Time, and CSAT, ensuring alignment with business targets and continuous optimization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including S&OP, Network Management, Customer Excellence, and Tech to align priorities, support launches, and drive process improvements across the logistics ecosystem.

Drive automation and process optimization initiatives in collaboration with Tech & Engineering, reducing manual effort, improving scalability, and enhancing visibility across logistics operations.
Who We're Looking For:

A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in Delivery, Transportation and Logistics Management within FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (mandatory). Spanish or Italian fluency is an advantage.
