What you'll do:

  • You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for assigned markets.
  • You will take care of the onboarding of stores and setting all requirements in the systems.
  • You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retails stores. 
  • You will define and improve operations set up for stores that involve: order placement, fulfillment, technical set up & customer service.
  •  Act as POC for retail team from operations side, which include Store Managers & Launch Managers.
  • Steering operational & customer service KPIs for our stores. 
  • You will actively lead the operational side of store openings.

Who we're looking for:

  • Ideally you haved gained first experience in a B2B environment related to operations account management, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before 
  • You are highly structured person and manage taking care of several account 
  • You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions 
  • You are proactive and challenge questioning the status quo 
  • You enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel communication even in more senior environments 
  • You strive in improving the performance for your responsible account on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operations  
  • You enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationships 
  • You have great MS/Excel skills
  • Language: English + any other European language is a plus.
