What you’ll do:

  • Play a central role in designing and developing Emma’s planning process for wholesale and retail suppliers by defining which inputs are required and combining various data sources in a meaningful way. 
  • Use your experience in developing a best-in-class supply planning process by understanding underlying rationales, drivers, and planning for uncertainties. 
  • Ensure product availability, by optimizing inventory levels, as well as planning and steering the supply needs for our European regions.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as demand planning, production, operations and logistics to ensure supply availability. 
  • Proactively communicate decisions made and manage information flow between various internal stakeholders. 

Who we are looking for:

  • You obtained a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field and already have some practical experience in Supply Planning. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.  Logistics or Supply Chain Management. 
  • You are a strong thought leader, who enjoys solving issues by tackling the root-cause and improving a process step by step without losing the big picture. 
  • You have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to new tasks and problems. 
  • You are attracted by new projects and challenges that really spur you on. 
  • You are comfortable in independently managing complex data sets and driving business insights from them. 
  • You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and thinking process-oriented  
  • Proficiency in data querying and data visualization tools is a plus. 
  • You have experience managing various stakeholders. 
  • You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
