What you'll do
- You will be driving sales process excellence in the Offline Wholesale Team.
- You will be responsible to find, propose, and test process optimizations within our revenue/wholesale operations.
- You will independently be driving or participate in projects end-to-end and promote adherence of best practices and standardization across different stakeholders and teams fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
- You will built, streamline and advocate for the adoption of the various data sources to be used by sales teams, marketing and supply chain.
Who we're looking for
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales revenues, revenue optimizations, revenue grow.
- You are a Bachelor degree holder of Management, Sales, Economics or any equivalent degree.
- You thrives in structured environments and possesses a strong affinity for data-driven decision-making
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage stakeholders across different cultures.
- You have strong communication skills and can simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
- You are practical and impact-oriented—driving initiatives that have concrete business impact and prioritizing based on impact-effort.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn by doing.
