What you'll do:

  • Unify and scale Emma's marketing, specifically affiliate programs across Europe, turning them into a powerhouse of growth and revenue. 
  • Drive innovation within performance-driven commission structures, strategic partnerships, and content strategies to maintain a competitive edge in affiliate marketing. 
  • Maximize marketing spend impact by driving measurable ROI by expanding Emma's presence with the focus on loyalty and perks platforms, ensuring over 80% audience relevance. 
  • Take ownership of increasing Emma's visibility and performance on key review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, marketplaces), creator content platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Reddit), and relevant forums. 
  • Explore new opportunities in next-gen discoverability on emerging AI-driven platforms to position Emma as a leader in performance marketing within innovative digital channels. 

Who we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a similar leadership role. 
  • Proven success in leading high-performing, cross-market teams
  • Strong B2B relationship management experience within e-commerce or marketplace environments. 
  • A mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to drive innovation and scale. 
  • Understanding of affiliate business models, performance metrics, and partner platforms is a strong plus (e.g. Awin, Daisycon, Amazon). 
  • Experience with review platforms, content partnerships, SEO, or influencer ecosystems is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • An entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
