This role is a performance marketing leadership position focused on TV investment and TV steering. We call it Performance Marketing because the focus is on measurable impact, continuous optimization, and learning, rather than traditional TV planning approaches centered primarily on GRPs.
You will be responsible for performance driven budget allocation and optimization across a significant annual TV investment, working closely with Brand, Creative, Media Agencies, Analytics, and Finance. The creative and storytelling direction is led by our brand and creative teams. Your role is to ensure the investment strategy is data informed, well governed, and continuously improved through testing and measurement.
You will steer roughly €25M in annual investment and influence nine digit plus revenue outcomes.
What you´ll do:
- Own TV investment strategy and performance steering across markets, with KPI frameworks tied to revenue and contribution margin.
- Build and run a performance-oriented TV operating model: testing strategy, incrementality thinking, spot and placement optimization, learning agendas, and recurring steering routines.
- Translate commercial goals into actionable investment plans, including budget allocation by market, seasonality, channel mix, and scenario planning.
- Develop pragmatic measurement and attribution approaches by triangulating results across experiments, MMM style inputs, geo tests, platform signals, and internal performance data.
- Partner with Analytics and Data teams to improve tooling, automation, and decision making speed, including self serve dashboards and repeatable workflows.
- Lead agency performance management with clear expectations for planning, buying, measurement, and reporting quality.
- Drive a structured experimentation roadmap: placement tests, dayparting, channel mix tests, saturation curve learning, and creative wear out tracking in collaboration with Brand and Creative.
- Establish strong governance, including investment guardrails, escalation rules, and decision rights to enable confident scaling.
Who we´re looking for:
- Strong performance marketing fundamentals and genuine interest in measurement, testing, and optimization.
- Highly analytical and structured, able to turn complex and ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, models, and decisions.
- Comfortable with technical and data heavy topics. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be fluent in attribution concepts, experimentation design, and performance data.
- Experience managing significant budgets and making investment tradeoffs under uncertainty.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Brand, Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Agencies around shared goals.
- Commercial and pragmatic mindset, focused on outcomes and scalable impact.
- High ownership and accountability, with a willingness to continuously improve how the channel is run
What we offer:
- An entrepreneurial culture that will empower and support you from day one —you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.
- The opportunity to accelerate your career and grow together
- The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects as part of a dedicated, international team
- To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events
