What you'll do:

    • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people-related issues, focusing on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.
    • Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders to understand and address business and people needs.
    • Drive talent development and retention by implementing strategies that raise performance and potential.
    • Own and improve core people development processes (performance cycles, feedback, learning, exits).
    • Advise on complex people situations, providing solutions for sensitive issues.
    • Collaborate with regional and global P&O teams to ensure consistent and scalable people experiences.

Who we're looking for:

    • 4–6 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in an international, fast-paced environment.
    • Proven track record in driving people development initiatives and optimizing HR processes.
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach.
    • Excellent communication and intercultural competence.
    • Experience managing complex people situations and providing senior-level advisory.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently.
