What you'll do:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people-related issues, focusing on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.
- Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders to understand and address business and people needs.
- Drive talent development and retention by implementing strategies that raise performance and potential.
- Own and improve core people development processes (performance cycles, feedback, learning, exits).
- Advise on complex people situations, providing solutions for sensitive issues.
- Collaborate with regional and global P&O teams to ensure consistent and scalable people experiences.
Who we're looking for:
- 4–6 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in driving people development initiatives and optimizing HR processes.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and intercultural competence.
- Experience managing complex people situations and providing senior-level advisory.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently.
