What you'll do:

  • Strategic advisor to team leads and senior stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle
  • Main point of contact for all people topics within assigned business areas
  • Strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to understand business and people needs
  • Translation of business needs into clear, actionable P&O recommendations
  • Contribution to company-wide P&O initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Senior-level advisory on leadership effectiveness, talent development, engagement, retention, and team dynamics
  • Support for leaders in development planning and handling complex or sensitive people situations
  • Ownership and continuous improvement of core people development processes (performance cycles, feedback, development talks, learning, exits)
  • Focus on talent development and retention by raising the bar on performance and potential
  • Close collaboration with regional and global P&O teams to ensure a consistent and scalable people experience

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Experience driving people development initiatives aligned with business needs
  • Proven track record of improving and optimizing HR processes
  • Experience managing projects independently in a structured and solution-oriented way
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and strong intercultural competence
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, and a collaborative team player
