What you'll do:
- You will support our Production Excellence initiatives to improve performance and transparency across the Supply Chain.
- You will work cross-functionally with Planning, Fulfilment, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time product availability.
- You will consolidate KPIs and maintain dashboards, turning scattered operational data into clear insights that support decision-making.
- You will identify performance gaps and translate operational pain points into structured improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- You will support the implementation of the Production Center of Excellence by driving sub-projects and improving performance and inventory visibility.
Who we're looking for:
- Must-Haves
- You are currently studying Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
- You are proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and feel comfortable using dashboarding or reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- You are a strong analytical thinker, able to work with performance data, identify patterns, and turn them into clear insights.
- You are a clear communicator, capable of translating data and process observations into simple narratives and recommendations.
- You are proactive and take ownership, consistently looking for answers, driving small improvements, and following through.
- Nice-to-Haves
- You have experience with BI tools and dashboard creation, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- You are familiar with process mapping and continuous improvement concepts like Lean.
- You have been exposed to Supply Chain or Production KPIs, such as lead time, on-time performance, or inventory accuracy.
- You have basic knowledge of SQL, Python (pandas), or other analytics tools.
