What you'll do:
- You will own and manage all operational tasks for retailer accounts, including onboarding, tracking, and performance reporting.
- You will oversee day-to-day B2B retail operations across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient execution and smooth onboarding of new partners.
- You will map and maintain SOPs to support high performance, accurate execution, and business scalability.
- You will collaborate with Offline and internal teams to drive continuous improvements across workflows, structures, and the retailer experience.
- You will act as a key liaison and relationship owner for retailers and stakeholders, leading ad-hoc operational projects to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience.
Who we're looking for:
- You are currently studying Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration/Management, or a related university program, and you are available to start as soon as possible.
- You have first practical work experience in a start-up or fast-paced business environment (preferred).
- You have strong analytical skills, you learn quickly, and you have crucial Excel skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you are people-oriented.
- You are responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- You are available for at least 6 months.
