What you'll do:
- You will manage and strengthen influencer relationships while recruiting new influencers who are a strong fit for the brand.
- You will develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive sales, brand credibility, and reputation.
- You will negotiate and manage contract structures to optimize profitability and support sustainable growth.
- You will analyze influencer content and performance to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- You will collaborate closely with country marketing teams to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver consistent month-on-month revenue growth.
Who we're looking for:
- You are fluent in English and can work in Dutch.
- You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
- You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
- You are structured and organized.
- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
