At Emma, you’ll be part of an empowered data product team that develops, operates, and continuously improves our data infrastructure, and analytics capabilities to drive business impact. 

What you'll do:

  • As a Staff Data Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for our data products, ensuring they support strategic business objectives across the organization. 
  • You’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from discovery to delivery, ensuring scalability, usability, and long-term value. 
  • You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding data products, aligning priorities across departments. 
  • You’ll drive the product discovery process, identifying the right problems to solve (the WHAT and WHY) and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams on solutions (the HOW). 
  • You’ll maintain a well-prioritized roadmap with clear milestones, delivering high-impact data features and capabilities. 
  • You’ll embrace agility by continuously refining your strategy and roadmap through iterative testing, feedback, and evolving business needs. 
  • You’ll leverage data insights to drive business decisions and improve data accessibility, governance, and compliance. 
  • You’ll influence others with your mindset and foster a data-driven culture across the organization. 

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven experience: Several years of experience in data product management with a strong track record of building and scaling data products within an agile team. 
  • Product discovery mindset: Strong background in data-driven product discovery, hypothesis validation, and working in a ‘dual-track agile’ environment. 
  • Technical fluency: Ability to define and translate business needs into technical requirements for all data functions. 
  • Data-driven decision-making: Expertise in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities and measure success. 
  • Outstanding communication: Ability to simplify complex data concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. 
  • Data strategy expertise: Understanding of data infrastructure, analytics, governance, and how to build data products that drive business value. 
  • Collaboration & leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across business, engineering, and analytics teams. 
  • Adaptability: Thrive in highly dynamic, uncertain, and fast-paced environments, embracing agility and change. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Passion for pushing data capabilities to the next level, focusing on business outcomes rather than jst technical execution. 
  • Language proficiency: Professional-level Business English is required.
