About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our E-commerce team. You will have the opportunity to manage an 8-figure revenue portfolio of products, to touch many different areas of e-commerce, and to develop your leadership skills mentoring intern(s).
What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for managing the accessories category in the French market (pillows, duvets, bed linen);
- You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performance and identify growth opportunities;
- You will coordinate product launches and phase-outs;
- You will collaborate with our operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products;
- You will share your product insights with our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns;
- You will regularly analyse the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behaviour, competition…);
- You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback;
- You will have the opportunity to lead/contribute to regional projects within our EU E-commerce department with senior leadership exposure;
- You will be supported by a more junior team member, allowing you to develop your leadership skills.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, etc.
- At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or e-commerce — start-up exposure is a plus.
- You are highly structured, autonomous, and impact-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and ambition.
- You have excellent project and stakeholder management skills and know how to get things done in a collaborative and international environment.
- You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data.
- You combine strategic thinking with creativity and are able to generate out-of-the-box ideas that drive results.
- You are open to feedback and continuously strive to improve yourself and your work.
- You are fluent in English; fluency in French and knowledge of the French market are a plus.
