What You’ll Do
- Own the development of the Franchise Operations Manual, ensuring it is:
- Manage the end-to-end franchise transition process, coordinating across:
- Lead the franchisee onboarding process, ensuring alignment with Emma’s operational standards.
- Ensure consultants’ recommendations are implemented efficiently while staying aligned with project goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to execute franchise-related projects seamlessly.
- Monitor and report on project progress, profitability, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Take an agile, customer-focused approach to ensure franchisees are set up for success.
- Manage project timelines and costs, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Mentor and support team members involved in the franchise transition process.

Who we're looking for:
- Background in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, franchise operations, or retail projects.
- Strong ability to align multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while juggling multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English, comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
- Experience developing operational manuals or process documentation is a plus.
- Experience working with consultants or in franchise development is a plus.
