What you'll do:

  • You will be part of the Culture team with our People & Organization department 
  • You will analyze internal sentiment and behavioral patterns to determine cultural shifts and areas of improvement 
  • You will develop and implement a culture strategy that awakens the best in people and helps the organization drive outstanding business results 
  • You will ideate, develop and implement creative and impactful solutions to drive behavioral change 
  • You will support or own topics on organizational set-up, team structures, processes and productive ways of working together. 
  • You will work closely with other P&O sub-teams and other stakeholders to ensure a productive and engaging work culture all over the globe. 
  • You will work with the company leadership and HR stakeholders to develop an internal communications plan that will reflect Emma cultural values and boost positive work experience.  
  • You will develop strategic organizational narrative, key messages and activation ideas.

Who we are looking for:

  • You hold a bachelor or master degree in organizational psychology, communications or comparable university degree. 
  • You have experience in senior stakeholder management and project management. 
  • You have experience or strong interest in behavioral design 
  • You are a systemic thinker  
  • You have a pragmatic, solution-oriented and independent working style. 
  • You enjoy working on long term, complex challenges  
  • You show a high level of engagement and great communication skills.  
  • You have great English language skills both spoken and written.
