What you'll do:

  • You will manage end-to-end payroll and benefits operations in Manila and across the Asia Pacific region, including Shanghai, Japan, India, South Korea, and Hong Kong.
  • You will facilitate the creation and maintenance of employee bank accounts and ensure seamless banking services, as well as oversee benefits administration, including healthcare, life insurance, and leave management.
  • You will serve as the point of contact for local labor and foreign registration offices, ensure Labor Law and Company policies compliance across the region, and facilitate smooth transitions and compliance with immigration and employment laws.
  • You will handle onboarding and offboarding administrative process.
  • You will actively engage with stakeholders by influencing leaders to ensure compliance and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • You will analyze current processes, anticipate future challenges, and implement scalable solutions to ensure our operations remain relevant and effective

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in handling Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law and HR Administration in a multinational company.
  • You have at least 1 year experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Laws, APAC Employment law and taxation.
  • You have advanced proficiency in the MS Office Package - Excel, Word, PPT.
  • You demonstrate a deep understanding of international working set-up, employment law, immigration, tax, and social security.
  • You demonstrate an excellent ability to manage stakeholders and influence leaders.
  • You have the ability to analyze current processes, anticipate future challenges, and implement scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • You have strong focus on accuracy and compliance, with a meticulous approach to reviewing processes and identifying discrepancies.
