What You'll Do:
- You will build the future of APAC Finance by owning and driving strategic finance initiatives by analyzing, improving, and disrupting internal processes, operational set-up, and connected strategies for increased efficiency, productivity, and excellence on a regional scale.
- You will be a key strategic member of the APAC Leadership team, collaborating alongside the Commercial Director APAC and Head of Operations APAC and other stakeholders.
- You will lead P&L, efficiency, and cost-savings topics and oversee financial statements compliance - ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- You will lead projects and manage improvement resources, focusing on performance reporting to drive operational efficiencies and enhance financial insights.
- You will mentor and drive the professional development of leaders of our Finance teams - Controlling, Tax, and Treasury.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have 15-20 years of experience in financial services, such as investment banking, consulting, and audit, or experience in strategic regional finance roles, such as controlling, comptrollership, and finance planning and analysis, with a demonstrated track record of delivering fast results, scoping projects effectively, and continuously striving for improvement.
- You are a business leader aspiring to make Emma the leading sleep brand in APAC through strategic finance decisions, analysis, and insights.
- You are proactive, self-reliant, and has a hands-on work mentality who demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field through in-depth knowledge.
- You are a highly-efficient collaborator with stakeholders (Commercial and Operations teams).
- You can adapt swiftly and prioritize key objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
- You are a great communicator with effective presentation skills that convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
