We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Team Lead, Store Management to oversee and guide Store Managers across five markets. In this pivotal role, you will ensure optimal store profitability, foster people development, and drive seamless operational processes to achieve outstanding sales performance and customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- Drive Profitability: Monitor and optimize store profitability through efficient cost management, sales growth initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and Support Store Managers: Manage and mentor Store Managers across 15 stores in 5 markets (Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and UK) ensuring consistent performance, operational excellence, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate closely with Recruiting and People Operations teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Focus on People Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture by training, coaching, and empowering Store Managers and their teams to succeed and grow.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with Store Managers and customer experience teams to ensure exceptional in-store service that aligns with brand standards.
- Process Optimization: Oversee the implementation of standardized operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability across all stores.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Customer Experience, Sales Excellence and Drive-to-store marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor Sales Performance: Regularly review sales and market performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to boost revenue.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to align strategic goals and ensure seamless execution.
Who we're looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably in a leadership role overseeing multiple markets or locations, plus if includes remote management of teams.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills and Traits: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across markets and teams.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, Portuguese, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
