What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Address and resolve key clients’ concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align strategies with customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
- Monitor account performance, compile reports on progress, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitors to refine and optimize sales strategies.
What you'll bring us:
- You have experience in Key Account Management.
- You have a true entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to work independently with strong responsibilities.
- You have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, empathy, and a willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- You are pragmatic with a strong analytical mind and have an affinity for numbers.
- You are fluent in English; other additional European languages are a plus.
