Executive Assistant to the CEO

Demand and Capacity Planner

You will take responsibility for the execution of a sales-oriented demand forecasting process. You will create continuous demand forecasts and coordinate their elaboration together with the international sales units. You will be responsible for ensuring the permanent availability of goods with optimum stock levels in cooperation with our warehouses and external suppliers. You will regularly check and analyse the existing planning parameters for the continuous optimization of the required inventory levels. You will use different analytical/statistical tools to aid you in your analysis You will be responsible for identifying extraordinary deviations and initiating corrective actions with sales and operations to prevent out-of-stocks and overstocking.- You will be responsible for carrying out root cause analyses in the event of deviations as well as developing solutions and tracking. You will assist BPO partner CS agents with material and requests and account updates. You will collaborate closely with other teams to collate updates and changes to processes affecting external BPO partners. You will work with the Customer Service Team on process improvements and changes. You will work with call center partners on knowledge checks. You will conduct reviews and pilot tests for created knowledge and training materials.

MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Expert

Tech Operations Administrator

Accounts Receivable Accountant

You will ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting entries by performing reconciliation of customer invoices between the source and accounting system. You will reconcile various customer accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards. You will work closely with treasury team relative to payment posting based on customer remittance advice in an accurate and timely manner and redirecting incorrect payments as appropriate. You will perform customer account verification, research, issue resolution and collection activities such as through email. You will analyze and record data in the accounting system related to accounts receivable record keeping and customer master data. You will take ownership in upholding accounts receivable reports and analyses are adhering to company policies and procedures. You will assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. You will provide input into department's goal setting process.
