What you'll do
- Manage Operations Account Management retailer accounts for the Offline Supply Chain European market.
- Oversee day-to-day retail B2B operations across multiple retailer accounts, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to drive high performance and engagement.
- Own and manage operational tasks related to retailer accounts, including onboarding, tracking, and reporting on performance.
- Conduct regular operational account performance meetings with internal teams and external retail partners to align goals and action plans.
- Collaborate with Offline Teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across workflows, team structures, and retailer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, aligning team output with stakeholder goals and expectations.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and progress.
- Lead ad-hoc operational projects, process enhancements, and client-specific initiatives.
Who we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience in a B2B environment, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or a start-up setting.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter who anticipates and addresses potential issues before they escalate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get hands-on to resolve issues.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel/Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, Portuguese, Spanish, French) is a plus.
