What you would do
- Analyze gaps and pain points in current processes and support prioritization of key areas for improvement.
- Assist in designing and implementing roadmaps to develop scalable operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather user stories and support tech teams in understanding operational needs.
- Help create transparency by tracking process performance with relevant KPIs and reporting insights.
- Drive process improvement initiatives in cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Work with a broad range of stakeholders (e.g., Tech Product Managers, Finance, Operations) to align on process optimizations.
- Document and share process knowledge to encourage adherence to new standards.
- Support workshops, training, and coaching sessions to promote a continuous improvement mindset.
Who we're looking for:
- You have around 3–5 years of experience in process management, continuous improvement, project management, or similar areas.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- You understand how Operations functions, including planning, replenishment, production, transportation, and fulfillment.
- Comfortable with system workflows and eager to learn Emma’s system landscape, translating between technical and business perspectives.
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts with the ability to contribute to strategic process improvements.
- You are detail-oriented and analytical, able to interpret data to identify actionable insights.
- A strong collaborator who enjoys engaging and influencing stakeholders across different teams.
- Fluent in English with solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest or experience in process automation is a plus (e.g., Python, SQL), but not required.
