About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our France E-commerce team as a Performance & Growth Manager.
In this role, you will own France’s commercial performance steering and promotional strategy on our e-commerce website. You will ensure we consistently meet our revenue and margin targets by optimizing our commercial levers, planning our promotional calendar, and driving structured performance monitoring. You will also coordinate wider projects to grow France & European businesses. You will be a key player within the France E-commerce team, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Webshop, Legal and Global teams. The role comes with high visibility and direct impact on country performance.
What you´ll do:
- Own France commercial performance steering, with accountability on P&L and targets achievement.
- Lead performance monitoring and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), identifying risks and opportunities and translating insights into concrete action plans.
- Define and optimize the promotional strategy, managing discount structures, coupon codes, special offers, etc. to maximize growth and profitability.
- Own and define the commercial calendar, ensuring anticipation and cross-functional alignment for all upcoming campaigns and promo periods (Marketing, Webshop, Operations, Legal, etc.). You will ensure smooth execution and lead post-mortem reporting to continuously improve performance.
- Lead ad hoc growth initiatives for France, being accountable for their results and reporting, coordinating your own squad of relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct competition analysis and market monitoring to benchmark our commercial offer and proactively adapt our strategy.
- Contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects aligned with Country and Global priorities.
- Concrete examples of tasks include: plan and coordinate our commercial strategy (calendar, discounts, special offers, communication) for Summer Sales with all stakeholders (Webshop, Marketing, Product, Legal, Operations, etc.), monitor the performance, track competition, and adjust during the period. Lead the post mortem analysis and iterate our strategy based on your insights.
Who we´re looking for:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce.
- You bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce.
- Strong track record of driving business results through data and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic and structured thinker who combines analytical rigor with a customer-first and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to balance short-term performance goals with long-term category development.
- Analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English.
