What you'll be doing:
- Monitor and validate customer orders to ensure accurate creation, timely processing, and proper documentation across all systems.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service, software development, production, operations, and country teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain seamless workflow.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing order placement accuracy, fulfillment tracking, and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely revenue recognition and proactive issue resolution, assisting order fulfillment managers in daily operations while identifying and mitigating potential fulfillment risks in advance.
What the team is looking for:
- Undergraduate college student taking up degree programs related to Engineering or similar fields.
- Has 12 academic unit or less in the current or upcoming semester.
- Can report onsite to the Manila office at least twice a week.
- Can at least commit to a 6-month internship.
