What you'll do
- Develop our Customer Strategy Team by being self-reliant in making decisions concerning your area and your team
- Lead projects to continuously develop customer, pre sales and post sales strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth running of customer strategy operations
- Initiate projects to improve revenues, optimize cost and efficiency
- Lead projects and people that directly impact more than 6 markets across the Americas and a several million customers
Who we're looking for
- You have successfully completed your studies bachelor (or masters) in a relevant course with strong achievements
- You have already had a working experience in a start-up environment, or you are fascinated by scalable and fast business models
- You have a first experience managing a team and are used to give constant feedback and training a team
- You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner
- You are a critical thinker and with excellent problem-solving skills to coordinate and tackle any challenges that may arise
- You have an affinity for numbers, and communicate with a confident demeanor
- You can show good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel)
- You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are a passionate all-rounder and pragmatist
- You are very communicative, open and enjoy working in a team
- You are curious and hungry to learn
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
