What you'll do:
- You will be part of the Senior Leadership Group, developing strategies to enhance structures, collaboration, direction, and clarity for the region.
- You will manage a high-performing team of 40 professionals across 5 countries, overseeing purchasing, transportation, warehousing, deliveries, returns, S&OP, BPO Management, and customer excellence.
- You will create and implement operations strategies for 6+ countries to improve delivery times and efficiency.
- You will ensure stock availability while minimizing the impact of inventory on the region's working capital.
- You will achieve high customer satisfaction and positive net promoter scores through superior customer experiences.
- You will drive regional profitability by generating savings in logistics and customer service, identifying efficiency opportunities, and leveraging data and automation.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or supply chain management; a master's degree is a plus.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations, including at least 3 years of leading a team of 7 or more people.
- You have extensive experience in different parts of the supply chain, including Procurement, S&OP, Warehousing and Logistics, and Customer Service.
- You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
- You have experience in relevant industries such as FMCG, E-commerce, or furniture, and possess strong business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational interrelations.
- You are process-oriented, financially adept, highly analytical, a systems thinker, and deeply committed to the development and morale of your team.
