What You'll Do
- Assist the ERP team in developing and standardizing a set of operational instructions
- Collaborate with the ERP team and other teams to manage support tickets.
- Assist ERP team members in documentation and support of incident and enhancement activities.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Who We're Looking For
- Amenable to starting on May 2, 2024
- Graduating in 2024
- Can commit for at least five (5) months
- Report onsite in BGC twice a week and three (3) days WFH set-up
- Working hours of 6-8 hours per day
