What you will do
- Managing our store in London and ensuring its success.
- Coordinating with multiple external service providers needed to maintain a store sustainably.
- Creating a customer-focused and business-oriented atmosphere with the Emma DNA for SleepMasters (sales staff).
- Reporting on purchasing and customer trends and using this as input for future tests.
- Developing and implementing impactful tests to improve sales, customer experience or store traffic.
- Coordinate, motivate and guide your SleepMasters to achieve goals.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Be an inspiring example for team members through high performance and full ownership.
- Collaborate and support your team in developing impactful tests to further improve store performance.
What are we looking for
- Relevant experience as a store manager (2-3 years)
- Driven and straightforward personality suited to a fast-growing young company
- The ability to combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic skills to find solutions/improvements
- Eagerness to take responsibility and execute in a hands-on manner
- The ability to structure your thoughts to support the growth of your store: balancing customer and business interests
- Interest in joining one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe and the energy to shape your own growth path within it
- You have a degree in (Retail) Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or Marketing
- Fluent in English
