What you'll do:

  • Create, own and execute the fulfilment strategy aligned with business objectives, providing direction for third-party logistics, reverse logistics, and last mile delivery. 
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures for fulfilment operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. 
  • Monitor partner’s performance and improve it according to the quality, cost and service-related targets. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience in the last mile delivery process, addressing customer concerns and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. 
  • Manage the fulfilment budget effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing initiatives to optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.

Who we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject. MBA preferred. 
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain or operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. 
  • You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and a good Stakeholder Management. 
  • You have a proven track record of developing and managing high performance teams.
  • You are a self-starter, have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems.
  • You are conceptually strong and have a can-do mentality. 
  • You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented. 
  • You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
