What you'll do:
- You will be leading our Southern Europe cluster, with a heavy focus on warehouse management, fulfillment, and order management.
- Together with your team you define streamlined state-of-the-art processes and roll them efficiently out with the partners.
- You create, define, and manage KPI and Service Levels for our global Warehouses, Carriers, and Logistics Service Providers.
- You develop a warehousing and fulfillment strategy that can deliver a quality performance for optimal costs and can scale with market growth.
- You will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including country teams, other operational teams, and our Tech team.
- You will make sure that process and performance are monitored regarding quality, costs, and service level.
- You will develop, implement, and share best practices within the company.
- You will build a team and develop your team members to be able to scale with Emma’s growth and optimize performance levels.
Who we are looking for
- University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or relevant working experience in this area.
- You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills, and a good Stakeholder Management.
- You have a proven track record of developing and managing team members.
- You are a self-starter, and have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems.
- You are conceptually strong and have a can do-mentality.
- You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented.
