What you will do:

  • Together with our international team you are responsible for the strategical and tactical set up of our Americas Logistics Network, with partners (warehouses, drop-shipment locations, and carriers)
  • You manage the strategic development and improvement of the network.
  • You make successful the flow of goods in our supply chain.
  • You establish scenarios-based network planning to optimize cost and services.
  • You are constantly evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the partnerships, supporting the rest of the team to execute tenders.
  • You monitor the costs and performance, adapt the network if needed and share improvement areas with our shopfloor excellence teams.
  • You enable the business team to launch new product and participate to Emma success. 
  • You orchestrate the yearly steering committee of our partners evaluation.
  • You plan the future location to be closed, to be open or to be invested in.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration; Supply Chain; Logistics or a related subject.
  • You have relevant working experience in that area.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have a quick grasp and an analytical mindset.
  • You have an independent and structured way of working.
  • You think customer and process oriented.
  • You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
  • You are not afraid of taking bold decisions.
