Most importantly, I can be myself here. I cry laughing with my teammates at least once a week – we look out for each other, coach each other, motivate each other. I’ve met people who have become like brothers and sisters to me. It’s easy here to find the people who inspire you, and to grow together.
We are a social company, so it's important for us to be together as a community physically in the office, and we have great offices with community spaces, pet-friendly environments and flexible work hours. At the same time, we allow 22 home-office days per quarter, and you can work from abroad, which is amazing for all our international employees who get to go home and work from there.
