Knowledge & Continuous Improvement Manager - Quality (Customer Excellence)

You will be responsible for the Emma customer excellence global quality process and conduct end-to-end quality assurance audits on a global/market/partner level to implement means of continuous improvement. Project Manager Customer Intelligence

You will develop and perform analysis on the Voice of the Customer (VOC) program. Your goals will be to drive improvements across all markets on our strategic customer KPIs such as Net promoter score (NPS), Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Customer effort score (CES) using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Build and lead a strong team and establish processes in order to drive PR & Communications effectively and efficiently in more than 30 countries worldwide. Close collaboration with the C-Level and top management as well as our country heads. Responsible for ensuring and reporting the effectiveness of PR and communications as one important touchpoint during our customer journey.
