What You'll Do:
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of sleep products (pillows and textile accessories), from testing to final supplier validation.
- Mass Production Readiness: Ensure mass production readiness by guaranteeing high product quality and mitigating potential production and engineering issues.
- International Supplier Management: Work closely with international suppliers to secure seamless integration and compliance with production standards.
- Global Collaboration: Connect with teams worldwide, acting as a key link between engineers, project managers, suppliers, and product teams.
- Research and Development: Support innovation by optimizing product design for scalability and cost-effectiveness within the R&D department.
- Process Optimization: Establish and refine R&D processes related to product development, ensuring a customer-centric and agile project approach.
- Knowledge Hub: Serve as the central knowledge hub across departments, building expertise and acting as the go-to contact for all product-related inquiries.
Who We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or Management.
- 2+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, Product Management (Physical Products), and Supplier Management roles.
- Proven track record of working with international teams and suppliers.
- Strong collaboration skills with operational and R&D teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills.
- You are a true team player and achieve the greatest successes as part of a team.
- You are fluent in English.
