What you'll do:
- Lead the Operations Account Management team for the Offline European market, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous growth.
- Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, clear goal-setting, and direct feedback — building trust, accountability, and a team that consistently delivers on performance targets. Conduct structured performance reviews and address underperformance, setting clear expectations and measurable improvement plans where needed.
- Drive day-to-day retail B2B operations across multiple retailer accounts, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Own the full retailer account lifecycle — from onboarding through to ongoing tracking, reporting, and operational performance management.
- Define and implement operational strategies and processes that improve performance, engagement, and retailer experience.
- Run regular operational reviews with internal teams and external retail partners to align on goals, resolve issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with Offline Teams to streamline workflows, refine team structures, and elevate operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships, ensuring team output consistently meets partner needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, keeping all parties aligned on priorities, progress, and outcomes.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives, from process enhancements to client-specific programs, with a bias for action and delivery.
Who we're looking for:
- A direct, people-first leader who builds trust, sets clear expectations, and holds the team accountable to performance.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you make decisions with the information available and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Experienced in B2B operations — retail, logistics, e-commerce, or a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Proven track record managing multiple retailer accounts and cross-functional workflows at scale.
- Process-oriented but hands-on — you can design operational frameworks and still get into the detail when needed.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills across accounts, teams, and stakeholders, knowing which tasks move the needle.
- A clear, confident communicator with both internal teams and external partners.
- Data-literate with strong Excel and/or Tableau skills for reporting and analysis.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Portuguese, Spanish, or French) are a strong advantage.
- Ideally available from June 1st of 2026.
What we offer:
- Pet-friendly office environment.
- Discounts on our products.
- Health insurance, including dental.
- 24 vacation days.
- A multicultural and international work environment.
- Company events that are actually enjoyable and build meaningful connections.
- Ownership, trust, and support from day one to grow your career.
- While this is a fixed-term role (12 month contract), we encourage high performance and value internal growth. Should opportunities arise within the company that align with your skills and experience, we’re open to discussing potential horizontal moves based on business needs and performance throughout the year.
