What you will do:

  • You will support our People Operations Specialists in core People Process and their daily work.
  • You will work on contract management and relocation processes, onboarding and off-boarding as well as handling employee requests.
  • You will support People Operations Specialists on the monthly payroll preparation and processing for Portugal and Mexico.
  • You will be point of contact for Emmies inquiries about documents, absences, etc.
  • You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of current People Operations projects.
  • You will work closely with other P&O sub-teams (Learning, People Development and Recruiting) across the globe and together you ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
  • You will be the owner of the People Operations knowledge base.

Who we are looking for:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant program of study e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Law or similar and looking for an end-of-studies internship.
  • You are passionate about People Operations and HR related topics, and you have a “Drive”
  • You like challenges and a fast-pacing environment.
  • You are a team player, communicative and detail oriented.
  • You stand for creativity and engagement.
  • You are fluent both in English and Portuguese.
  • You have good MS-Office skills.
