About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Last Mile Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our delivery operations across the Southern Europe Cluster, covering Spain and Portugal.
This role is based in Lisbon, with regular visits to our warehousing and carrier partners located in Spain and Portugal. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

The Last Mile Manager will report directly to the Team Lead for Warehouse to Delivery for Southern Europe.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and optimize last-mile delivery partner performance, ensuring SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and strong relationships.
  • Oversee delivery operations, including route optimization, capacity planning, and partner allocation to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Resolve operational challenges such as delayed deliveries, incomplete orders, and damaged goods, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives with partners, enhancing KPIs, efficiency, and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., S&OP, Production to Deliver, Transportation) to align on priorities and support product launches.
  • Plan and forecast delivery capacity based on volume trends and seasonality, ensuring readiness for peak periods.

Who we are looking for:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Last Mile Delivery or Logistics Management within FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish language is a plus.
