What You'll Do
- You will be supporting the delivery of various time-bound projects. This fixed-term role will focus on coordinating activities, tracking progress, and supporting stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within scope. The following can be the projects that you will be supporting in:
- Integration of Reverse-to-Logistics (R2L) to Order Management
- Order Backlog Data Dashboard
- Masterdata improvements
- Process improvements involving the different systems in fulfillment
- In addition, you will be providing support for day-to-day order management tasks such as the following:
- Close coordination with all Operational teams in the fulfillment of the warehouse inventory requirements driving product availability, shipment at first promised, and ultimately, timely recognition of revenues.
- Close coordination with the business development / pricing / data management team to ensure accuracy of important order data such as pricing, product names, and SKUs.
- Proactively monitor daily order creation issues and perform stuck analyses to ensure that orders are progressing as expected.
- Analyze complex datasets, create insightful reports, and develop automated solutions to enhance the order data management processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and identify system and process weaknesses and develop suggestions for optimization.
- Hold steering meetings with relevant stakeholders within Finance and Operational teams to discuss findings and to set direction by defining action points that are measurable and trackable.
- Other tasks such as creation of orders and reviewing order details such as shipping information or customer details to ensure accuracy.
Who We're Looking For
- You have completed a university degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering or a related subject or have around 1-3 years working experience in Order Management.
- You have strong executional leadership with a strategic mindset to perform and implement order management processes and projects.
- You are comfortable with numbers, analytical, and have a data-driven approach in problem-solving with a hint of creativity that fosters innovation.
- You are proactive and agile with a strong commitment to delivering what is promised.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills, who can easily navigate within the organization to collaborate with different teams.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Having experience in automation and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is preferred.
