What you'll do:
- Take the lead of a small but high-performing Key Account Managers, ensuring strong delivery and continuous growth.
- Oversee a selection of important wholesale accounts, handling negotiations, planning, and execution in close collaboration with partners.
- Support the expansion into Switzerland and Austria, contributing to the setup of partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge-sharing and alignment, while creating a collaborative and ambitious culture.
- Work closely with our marketing, logistics, and product teams to guarantee smooth execution and sustainable results.
- Keep track of KPIs, market developments, and competitive moves, translating them into actionable initiatives.
Who we're looking for:
- You are an experienced wholesale / account management professional with a strong track record in managing key accounts within FMCG or retail.
- You bring proven skills in negotiation, account growth, and relationship building, especially in complex setups.
- You have leadership experience (project leadership, coaching juniors, or managing a small team) and are ready to guide a talented group of colleagues.
- You’re entrepreneurial, hungry, and hands-on, comfortable stepping in when accounts or processes need extra support.
- You are fluent in German (C1 min.) and English, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
