What you'll do:
- You will be managing Emma’s European supply planning team, leading the supply planners by providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
- You will lead Emma’s S&OP process from the supply side, translating demand signals into an optimized replenishment plan that supports service level goals and inventory efficiency.
- You will manage supply planning processes, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Production and Fulfillment to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment.
- You will work closely with the demand planning team to ensure inventory levels meet forecasted needs while avoiding overstock and obsolescence.
- You will monitor and report on supply plan adherence, inventory health, and service levels, both for actuals and projections, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will lead the maturation of Emma’s supply planning,leveragingmore advanced tools, better data, and streamlined processes.
Who we are looking for:
- You have solid experience in demand planning, as well as S&OP processes.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills.
- You have expertise in forecasting tools and methodologies.
- You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization, as well as very good English skills.
